Delhi Airport to increase international handling capacity ahead of BRICS Summit

Delhi International Airport Limited (DIAL) will augment international passenger-handling capacity at Terminal 3 ahead of the 18th BRICS Leaders’ Summit in New Delhi from September 11 to 13. Pier C will be progressively operationalised for international operations from September 9, with arrivals and departures planned from September 10. The move will raise annual international passenger capacity to 31 million.

A remote 18th-century chapel deep in Sami lands is the goal of the Präststigen, a 37-mile trail that traverses some of the country’s most spectacular scenery I wasn’t exactly in “Sunday best”, but I had made some effort. As the service began, the Arctic wind whipped through cracks in the dry stone walls, insulated only with reindeer hair, and candles flickered in their brass sconces.
